Post 24 Final Project Post

For my 15 hours of work for my final I did the line art then recolor of 3 League of Legends champions named Ashe, Tristana, and Miss Fortune, and to finish off the 15 hours for my final I made a pause menu for my game that includes the building blueprints as a map for the game.

Post 23 Second Upgrade

Instead of doing what I said that I was going to do, I made a pixel art for the bear character in the unity game that my group and I are making in our GDD210 class. His base body form is a combination of the two pokémon Cubchoo and Teddiursa.

Post 22 Second Upgrade

For this upgrade, I am thinking about upgrading my Title screen by using a detailed wolf and editing it in photoshopped like using an image taking form the poser's wolf model because I liked it's appearance. I am going to use the same reference wolf image from the beginning to change the colors on the new wolf image. I will also probably try to recreate the Title image that I had used because it was just an photo taken from my phone.

Post 21 Upgraded Assignment

After thinking about it, I decided to upgrade my large pixel prop so I made this lab, instead of upgrading my maze. I think that upgrading my maze at a later date.

Post 20 Upgrading an Assignment

For this I would like to upgrade my maze some more by creating the second level maze and adding paint effects and small torch models to hold the lighting areas
The top image is the original design that I had made for my second level maze. and the lower image is my current maze that was based off the first level maze.

This last image is from a guild wars 2 Player vs Player map and I really like their torch models and textures, so I'm going to try to use them as references when making mine.

Post 19 Updated Maze

The first two are renders of my updated maze. I changed the materials to blinn to make them look better in the light, and I changed the floor to one of the substances we got in class. I also updated the roof texture to one of the substances, seen in the last picture.

Post 18 Maze Ideas

These three pictures of good reference for my lab maze from Guild Wars 2 Dungeons in which the scenery is dark and sci-fi. Im going to improve my current lab setup by improving the textures and looking through the substances and the paintbrushes to see if they can make my lab look more realistic. As a whole, my labs appearance fits together pretty good

Post 17 Maze Renders

These first two are renders of the inside of the first floor of my maze/lab in which the player would start in and work their way through.

And this one is a render of the roof on top of the lab building, the lights are just there so the roof was actually visible for the render.

Post 14 Maze Assignment

This is the a 3 floor floor plan for my lab in which my game Hunted starts out in.
The player starts out in the room in which he escapes from his cage and makes his way though the floor.

After navigating the first floor the player goes up stairs and begin to navigate the second floor to the third floor.

This is where the player navigates to the an open window where he climbs out and flees into the jungle.

Post 13 Larger LineArt

For the larger line art assignment I made a containment unit that would house an unidentified species in a stasis like state as seen in many science labs in movies or tv shows. This prop could also be used as an asset in my Hunted game due to the lab location.

Post 12 Line Art Part 2

The first picture is my first line art assignment of an M9 after it has been shaded in. And the second picture some kind of containment unit from evil labs that I think goes with the game and is for the second line art assignment.

Post 10 Game Logo

I liked the animation that I had already so I made a simple logo of a wolf who is holding a sign that has the title of the game on it HUNTED, and put him in the corner of the animation.

Post 9 Game Logo

I was testing out different ways to draw the title but I like the style that I had originally and for the logo, I knew that I wanted it to be somehow related to my main character of the wolf. I thought that the wolf holding a plate with the title written on it looked really cool especially if I can get the graphics to look more like a wolf and if I fix the text on the plate.

Post 7 Title Screen

This is my title screen rough version where the wolf, start button and title will be animated to slightly grow and shrink, and possibly more if I think it will be needed. And the background is a stationary dark picture of a lab.

Post 6 MoodBoardFinal

For my character mood board I chose white and gray as his main colors and the red and yellow are the highlights that set him apart from ordinary wolves because of his powers. For my level mood board, I chose the dark grays to black as the default color, while the dark yellow, red, and blue are for different electronics found through the levels and the dark green is a base tone for the outside when you escape.

Post 5 Mood Boards

This picture was a wallpaper design that ArenaNet released for one of the upcoming updates that they added into the game. The colors all flow nicely together with the reds and greens combined with the darker colors.
The whites flow nicely with the reds, oranges, and yellows.

These colors flow nicely together because they all lend to the slightly dirty and stealthy appearance that Assassin's Creed goes for.

Pretty simple gray scaled image

The image's colors are not the greatest in going together, it would be better if the brownish colors were replaced with gray and black shades instead.
Most of the colors on this image are nice except the lighter colors of white and orange don't really fit into the part of it that was most interesting to me.
